Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Conduish, including the website, desktop app, API, account system, sync service, downloads, billing features, and related services operated by Coldspire LLC ("Coldspire", "we", "us", and "our"). By using Conduish, you agree to these Terms.

Conduish

Conduish is an SSH-focused desktop app for managing hosts, keys, vault-backed configuration, terminal workflows, and cross-device sync. Some features depend on your app, device, network, SSH hosts, third-party infrastructure, account, or subscription.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account, devices, SSH credentials, recovery materials, local vault access, and account activity unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. Tell us promptly if your account or device session may be compromised.

Authorized Use

You may use Conduish only for lawful purposes and only with systems, accounts, keys, credentials, hosts, networks, and data you are authorized to access. You may not use Conduish to attack, disrupt, overload, scan without permission, bypass access controls, violate rights, or interfere with Conduish or third-party services.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the hosts, vault data, keys, configuration, and other content you add to Conduish. You grant Coldspire the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and back up that data to provide Conduish, including encrypted vault sync data and operational metadata.

Conduish is not a backup service for every system you access. You are responsible for backups and recovery for your systems, SSH credentials, and local devices.

Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

Some Conduish features require an active paid subscription or trial. Current trial length and requirements are shown in the product. If no payment method is added before a trial ends, paid access may pause.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, but access may continue through the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Stripe processes payments. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and amounts due. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to provide a refund. We may change prices or plan terms with reasonable notice before changes affect an active paid subscription.

Third-Party Services

Conduish may interact with third-party services, including Stripe, Plunk, release hosting, infrastructure providers, and the SSH hosts, networks, shells, and tools you use. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. Coldspire is not responsible for services we do not control.

Software and Updates

Subject to these Terms, Coldspire grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Conduish for lawful internal use. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense, modify, or reverse engineer Conduish except where allowed by law or a separate written license.

Some features may require a current app version, device session, active subscription, or server-side compatibility.

Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Conduish as the product evolves. We try to keep Conduish reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. SSH and terminal workflows also depend on systems and networks outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using Conduish or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security or operational risk, use Conduish unlawfully, or if required by law. Terms that should survive will survive.

Intellectual Property

Conduish, including its software, website, design, name, logos, features, and documentation, is owned by Coldspire or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer

Conduish is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coldspire disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and security.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coldspire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, credentials, systems, or business interruption. Coldspire's total liability for claims related to Conduish will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim or $100.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a court finds any part unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
